2. Services Provided

BotWapi provides access to the official WhatsApp Business API and related communication tools including:

  • Chatbots and automation workflows

  • Multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc.)

  • CRM features and integrations

  • Bulk messaging with template approval

  • Loyalty, event, and campaign management features

We may update or modify services at any time to improve performance and compliance.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use BotWapi.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

  • Providing false information during registration may lead to account suspension.

4. Use of Services

  • When using BotWapi, you agree to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp’s Commerce & Business Policies and Meta’s guidelines.

  • Not send spam, prohibited content, or unlawful messages.

  • Use only approved templates for outbound messages.

  • Respect customer privacy and consent requirements.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Subscription fees and WhatsApp conversation charges are billed according to your plan.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • BotWapi processes customer data securely and in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

  • We do not sell, share, or misuse your data.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of data complies with privacy regulations in your country.

7. Third-Party Integrations

  • BotWapi integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, and CRMs.
    We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, logos, and software on BotWapi are owned by us.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute our services without permission.

  • You retain rights to your own content and data uploaded to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • BotWapi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime, although we strive to maintain 99.9% availability.

  • Users are responsible for their business outcomes and compliance with WhatsApp policies.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

  • Required by Meta, WhatsApp, or regulatory authorities.

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the platform.

12. Governing Law
