2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to BotWapi are non-refundable, including subscription fees, WhatsApp conversation charges, and add-on purchases.

This policy applies regardless of whether you cancel your subscription immediately after purchase or partway through a billing cycle.

We encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial (if applicable) before subscribing to a paid plan.
3. Failed or Rejected Payments

If a payment fails or is rejected, your account may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions, WhatsApp Business Policy, or applicable laws.
