Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your BotWapi subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Once the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the free or inactive plan, and you will no longer be charged.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to BotWapi are non-refundable, including subscription fees, WhatsApp conversation charges, and add-on purchases.

  • This policy applies regardless of whether you cancel your subscription immediately after purchase or partway through a billing cycle.

  • We encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial (if applicable) before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Failed or Rejected Payments

  • If a payment fails or is rejected, your account may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

  • BotWapi is not responsible for any disruption of service due to payment failures.

4. Service Termination by BotWapi

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions, WhatsApp Business Policy, or applicable laws.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
