Shipping and Service Delivery Policy

1. Service Delivery

  • Access to BotWapi is provided immediately after successful payment and account setup.

  • Login credentials and activation details are sent via email to the registered address.

  • Some advanced features, such as WhatsApp Business API activation, may require additional verification by Meta/Facebook. This process can take a few hours to a few days depending on their review.

2. Subscription Access

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, based on the plan you select.

  • Once payment is confirmed, you can access your dashboard and begin using all features included in your plan.

  • Service access continues until the end of your billing cycle unless canceled.

3. Third-Party Dependencies

  • Certain features, such as WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram integrations, rely on third-party approvals.

  • BotWapi will guide you through the process, but final approval is subject to Meta/Facebook policies.

4. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • In rare cases, if you do not receive your activation email or face issues accessing your account, please contact our support team.

  • We will ensure that your service is activated without unnecessary delay.
